Modern Library

The College has a modern library with world class interior, with the intention of creating excellent library atmosphere, ambience, which is well equipped with a large number of books of Indian & Foreign authors and various National and International Journals. Currently the library has adequate number of text and reference books of all dental & medical subjects. We have subscriptions for 52 Foreign Journals and 33 Indian Journals. There are three spacious separate Reading Halls wherein the students and teachers can study through out the day without any disturbances

The reading room facility is available for the students from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. on working days. Besides above there is facility for home lending of books to students. An important feature of the library is the presence of INTERNET facility, which provides immediate access to the latest developments in the world of medicine, at the touch of a button. Thus our library is Crown, Glory and Heart of the College.

In general on each year about 100 UG students & 18 PG Students enroll their names to avail library services, It includes all students, Faculty, Research Scholars, Administrative Staff , Members of sister institution and occasional faculties of other colleges in the region.

Library has installed SOUL - Software for University Libraries and Impulse I-Con Infotech Library Management Software. Bar-Coding work of all documents has been completed. Library has been started functioning in Library Management Software.
